Can not upload images or rather the images are not visible?

Hey, I do not know what I have done wrong. But when i press file and upload a file. Then Joomla says that have uploaded pictures without problems.

Firstly, it´s just a red cross at the bottom of the page where it shall shows pictures, secondly you can not see any pictures at all in the blog.
Does anyone know what I need to do to get to it?
